Located in the south east of the island near Cala D’Or.

This is a modern, perfectly presented villa within walking distance of sandy coves, restaurants and boutique shops. The swimming pool has lawned areas leading to the rocky cove (take care with children, suggested over 12 year olds only.) This is one of the finest villas in this area. Located off of a quiet road in a residential area.

The crystal clear swimming pool has spacious, comfortably furnished sun terraces with reclining sun loungers and is surrounded with immaculately maintained gardens. The BBQ terrace is adjacent and awaits your al fresco meals whilst enjoying chilled refreshing drinks. Enjoy siestas in the palm-shaded lawned gardens on comfortable sun loungers listening to the relaxing sounds of the sea.
